About the Exam

Develops the ability to prepare and interpret financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Strengthens understanding of accounting concepts and reporting frameworks.

Exam Format

A 3-hour and 20-minute computer Based Exam with a mix of objective and constructed response questions and requires 50% marks to pass. The exam is entirely compulsory.

1. The conceptual and regulatory framework for financial reporting
2. Accounting for transactions in financial statements
3. Preparation of financial statements
4. Analysis and interpretation of financial statements of single entities and groups
5. Employability and technology skills
