  • Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as per the chosen program’s terms.

  • Beacon Rock reserves the right to verify enrolment details and reject applications at its discretion.

4. Fees and Payments

  • All fees are payable in AED and must be paid in full before the start of the course, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or online methods approved by Beacon Rock.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under specific conditions approved in writing by management.

  • Any discounts or promotional offers are time-bound and non-transferable.

5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing before the course start date.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to Beacon Rock’s refund policy, less applicable administrative fees.

  • In cases where classes are cancelled by Beacon Rock, full refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided.

6. Course Attendance and Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional behavior throughout training.

  • Repeated absenteeism or misconduct may result in suspension or termination from the program.

  • Beacon Rock reserves the right to withhold certificates or access to course materials for non-compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, course content, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Beacon Rock.

  • Students may not copy, distribute, record, or share any materials without written permission.

  • Unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Beacon Rock will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.

  • While every effort is made to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date.

9. Certification and Affiliations

  • Successful completion of training programs depends on meeting academic and attendance requirements.

  • ACCA or other certifications are subject to the rules and assessment criteria of their respective awarding bodies.
